I love hearing more each day about Charu...likes, dislikes, mannerisms...etc. We were wondering what all mom could pick up for groceries...so this is helpful. I definitely think Charu will grow to like the socks and shoes...especially since Allie has a fetish with both of them. Hoping she also likes blankets...love the animal print one that you got for her! Love you guys!

How fun to be learning all of her likes and dislikes. And yes, I agree with your sister, she'll get to like blankets, shoes and socks soon. :)

It was fun talking to you last night. :)

Love,

The list makes me laugh...while are Abby only likes rice and noodles (Shells and Cheese single serve cups are our friend), she is the exact same with shoes and socks. MN weather doesn't change her opinion either! Every car trip I have to put them back on (after I search the car to see where she threw them)!

Does she drink her milk the "India way"...hot with sugar? Abby drank hers all at once w/out stopping even when it was pretty hot! She ate non-stop for about 2 weeks once we got home and then when she realized that food was always there/available, she became extremely picky and we had to supplement with Pediasure! Thankfully she is now ON all the growth charts and has made great strides in all areas! Looks like your little sweetie is already doing great!
Congrats again!

aahhhh...we had to have Jadon wear one pair of thin cotton pajamas, socks and footie jammies over that, because he really disliked blankets.

I'm seconding what Sarah said . . . that's the exact same way we did pajamas for the first two winters. :o) A very nice lady at our hotel reception desk also told us that "Indian babies must not have baths -- only sponge baths so they don't catch cold in winter." I was thinking, boy, you have NO idea how cold it is where she's going!!
